Tshidi studied at the University of Essex (UK) where she obtained a BA Hons (Accounting and Financial Management) and MA (Accounting and Financial Economics).
Her recent career highlights include a 12 year tenure at Mineworkers Investment Corporation, of which she was an executive director for the latter 6 years. Prior to that she held the position of general manager at Equal Access Consulting (an executive management search company) for 3 years, which was preceded by various financial positions held with ABSA Asset Management, RMB Asset Management and Momentum Life. She is a member of the IODSA.
Tshidi is passionate about upliftment of the poor; she is involved in a number of community based trusts that focus on children and youth education.
