The second investment was in Fusion Landscaping and Facilities Ltd, a highly professionalised and reputable landscape construction business, currently servicing approximately 35 customers in the UK’s housebuilding and construction sector throughout the West Midlands. As with Majestic, we are partnering with the impressive foundering management team of Fusion who have retained a meaningful stake in the business post our investment.
