RMB Corvest, together with its UK partner Servtron Limited has acquired a majority stake in Arbor Division Ltd (ADL). ADL is a well-established and reputable arboriculture (the science and practice of cultivating, managing, and studying individual trees, shrubs, vines, and other perennial woody plants) services business, servicing the rail and utilities sectors mainly in the Northeast of England, as well as nationally and internationally on occasion. ADL currently provides services to 20 companies that operate in the rail and utilities sectors, which usually include tree felling, site clearance, tree surveys, verge trimming, typically using high-end industry equipment to drive efficiency.

Over the past four years, ADL has invested in equipment, resulting in higher than normal capex. This has coincided with a period of rapid growth, with ADL reinvesting.
