Two deals in two years leaves Corvest with another successful investment partnership with Bay Tree Private Equity in the UK. This time we backed the buyout of a financial investor from the shareholder body of ABL Health Limited. ABL is a market leading provider of preventative physical and mental health and wellbeing services to the UK public, free at the point of delivery. Its services principally include weight management, smoking cessation, children and young people mental health services, intensive personal support, prison-based care and integrated lifestyle programmes. The impressive founding management team still run the business and have retained a meaningful stake in ABL post our investment. With Bay Tree Private Equity on the ground in their native UK, we have partnered with local expertise in making this investment.
