Corvest
Genevieve completed her BCom (Hons) degree in 1994, writing her final exams at South Africa House in London. She returned home in 1997 to start her financial services career at the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). She subsequently completed an MBA in 2001, graduating in eighth place in her year.
With the IDC being a natural springboard into private equity, Genevieve joined Nedbank Capital Private Equity in 2006 before joining RMB Corvest in 2009. The first ten years of her career at RMB Corvest feature several highlights including: the disposal of Supercare to Compass UK and the acquisitions and later disposals of Autozone, Q Link and Autovest. Genevieve also serves on a number of boards within the RMB Corvest portfolio.
When she is not considering acquisition opportunities, Genevieve is an avid traveller and scuba diver with her partner and engages in various dog sports.
