Ourstory

In 1989 three entrepreneurs with a passion and a flair for investing decided to create a private equity company – RMB Corvest.

Three decades later, the founders, Neil Page, Dick Merks and Dave Rissik, can look back on creating one of the most successful private equity companies in the country. RMB Corvest has since its inception completed over 200 deals, proudly supported by an extensive pool of private equity transactors and dealmakers.

As a subsidiary of FirstRand Bank Limited, RMB Corvest offers clients on-balance funding without exit timing pressures.

The RMB Corvest founders built the business by partnering with its stakeholders and clients to create long-term value. Clients don’t just become an investment for RMB Corvest –rather long-term partners for prosperity.
