Neil gained marketing experience with Ford Motor Company prior to entering the banking industry in 1978.

After gaining lending experience with the Industrial Development Corporation, Dick joined the banking industry and commenced his career in private equity in 1986.

Stephen gained lending experience as a Business Analyst at the Industrial Development Corporation before joining RMB Corvest in 1997 to commence a career in private equity.

Martin gained lending experience with the Industrial Development Corporation and private equity experience with Nedcor Investment Bank before joining RMB Corvest in 2001.

After completing her articles at Ernst & Young, Kerry spent two years in corporate finance and a year in private equity. She joined RMB Corvest in 2003.

Mike initially gained corporate finance experience with Coopers & Lybrand (UK) and thereafter with Investec Bank. He later gained his private equity experience by being part of the private equity team at Investec prior to joining RMB Corvest in 2004.

Philile completed articles with Deloitte in 2005 and spent 2 years in corporate finance prior to joining RMB Corvest in 2008.

Genevieve commenced her financial services career at the Industrial Development Corporation in 1997 where she gained both lending and private equity experience. In 2006 she moved to Nedbank Capital Private Equity before joining RMB Corvest in 2009.

Brendan completed his articles with KPMG in 2009.  Post articles he joined Nedbank’s Specialised Finance division where he gained lending experience. Brendan joined RMB Corvest in 2012.

Christine completed her articles with Deloitte in 2007 and spent 1 year in their Corporate Finance Division.  In 2009, she joined the Investment Banking Division of Rand Merchant Bank as an analyst in Structured Finance.  Christine joined RMB Corvest in 2012.

After completing his articles with Deloitte in 2003, Shaun spent eight years with SABMiller’s Corporate Finance and Development team, providing M&A and other related corporate finance advice for the SABMiller group.  Shaun joined RMB Corvest in 2013.

Arnold completed his articles in 1999 at Deloitte and spent three years thereafter in their corporate finance division. He joined the FirstRand group in 2003, and spent most of his banking career in the acquisition and leveraged finance space, first in the South African market and later in the rest of Africa, with a specific focus on Nigeria and West Africa. Arnold joined RMB Corvest in 2013.

Francois completed his articles with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2005. During 2006 he worked in PWC’s London office and joined RMB Corvest later that year. As Chief Financial Officer he is responsible for the middle and back office functions of the Group.
