We need the following information in order to build a model and develop various proposals:
- Last three to five years audited financial statements;
- Current year’s budget;
- Current year-to-date management accounts;
- Longer term forecasts – if any are available;
- Five major customers with turnover for past three years;
- Five major suppliers with purchases for past three years;
- Description of major product groups and turnover per group for last three years;
- Description of your target market and anticipated market growth;
- Brief (half page) CV’s of key managers;
- Brief history of the business;
- Latest developments for growth – new products and new markets. Do you have to spend capex on this?
- Any other issues / factors you would like to highlight.
